  • RIPTerm 2.1 found and patched

    As part of my RIP Documentation project, I was able to find and patch
    RIPaint 2.1 ... it's linked towards the top of the project's readme.

    I also put it into a "Legacy Files" release on github.

    Namely, it's marked as pre-registered to "RIPaint User", and the
    1998 timebomb defused.
